A dynamic and leading Insurance organization with a solid presence in Asia is seeking skilled contractors to support a high-impact AI data initiative. We are looking for both AI Developers & Project Managers to help build, refine, and validate intelligent data extraction.
Your New Role
As part of the AI project team, you will work hands-on with submission documents, AI-generated outputs, and structured data pipelines to deliver accurate, repeatable results.
- Review submission documents and Cold Agent outputs.
- Adapt existing Python recipe logic to additional treaty cases.
- Create, test, replay, and document assigned recipes.
- Verify extracted data against source documents.
- Record defects, missing data, source-file issues, and logic gaps.
- Support human-in-the-loop validation and the production of repeatable scripts.
- Support business UAT and end-to-end case testing.
- Review Submission Facts templates and Shopping List fields.
- Support pass/fail assessment and preparation of test evidence.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to developers and recipe owners.
Your Background
- Python scripting ability and comfort reading/adapting existing code
- Strong ability to compare source evidence with structured outputs and attention to detail.
- Will be able to learn and understand insurance industry
- Comfortable collaborating across business and technical teams.
- Communications in Mandarin & English
