Your New Role

Your Background

• To succeed in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics within financial services (Insurance, Investment, or Wealth sectors preferred), with demonstrable leadership of projects or teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of insurance and wealth-related data (structured and unstructured) and how it supports strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
