Your New Role
As a key contributor to the control team, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and oversight of my client's Asset-Liability Optimization framework. 

  • Overseeing asset-liability alignment initiatives, providing strategic insights to the Risk Oversight Board and monthly Risk Operations Task Force.
  • Building and maintaining the Economic Capital Model, integrating life components and utilizing advanced stochastic simulation tools.
  • Preparing and validating life elements for regulatory and rating agency submissions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Managing and enhancing the Internal Control System, ensuring that risk controls for investments, asset-liability, and life insurance are effectively designed, implemented, and regularly refined.

Your Background

  • With actuarial qualification (e.g., FSA, FIA) and 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • 8+ years in actuarial science, risk management, or financial strategy within financial services
  • Candidates from consulting firm are welcomed
  • Knowledge of risk-based capital frameworks (e.g., HKRBC, Solvency II).

  • Proficient in MS Office and project/portfolio tools; Agile, PMP related certifications a plus.
  • English proficiency required; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.

Your New Role

Working closely with the Senior Executive Team, you will be responsible for Partnership Development, Sales Planning and Distribution Management within the HNW Sector.

  • Partnership Management: collaborate with business partners to enhance business development efforts within the sales force.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner closely with C-Suite to design and execute prioritized partner development activities, sales revenue and HNW product suite.
  • Client Retention: Engage with existing client groups to boost retention rates and expand the share of business from current clients by understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Continuously analyze campaign results to create insightful reports for Sales Leadership and Marketing Teams on strategic business decisions.

 

Your Background

  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic HNW partnerships will be highly advantageous.
