As a leading provider of comprehensive insurance solutions, we are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Manager to oversee Insurance Partnerships, Health, and Personal Lines. This role is pivotal in driving strategic vision, fostering strong relationships, and delivering innovative insurance offerings to customers across the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and Hong Kong.
Your New Role
- Developing and executing a strategic plan to grow insurance partnerships, health, and personal lines products
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, products, marketing, and management to ensure seamless integration and delivery of insurance solutions
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Expanding their reach and partnerships across the GBA and Hong Kong markets
- Utilizing your project management skills to drive business development and partnership initiatives
Your Background
- To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in the insurance industry, with experience in partnerships, health, and personal lines.
- Business Development experience within B2B2C
- Familiarity with the GBA and Hong Kong markets is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are required.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a minimum
