An emerging insurance firm is currently seeking to grow their Financial Advisory Channel in 2025, they are now inviting experienced Agency Distribution professionals to join their team to lead Agency Recruitment initiatives in Hong Kong

Your New Role

• Develop and implement agency recruitment strategies, with a focus on MCV agents.
• Provide market intelligence to enhance agency leaders’ understanding and capabilities in recruitment.
• Design and manage agency recruitment contests, along with onboarding support, to drive results.
• Create various reports to analyze the current recruitment landscape of agencies.
• Execute and promote recruitment campaigns in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Assist in the execution of agency recruitment initiatives and support additional departmental projects and events.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification & IIQE Qualifications
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience in agency recruitment or development.
• Proficient in Putonghua, Cantonese, and English for effective communication.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building.
