Your New Role
As the Assistant Manager - Sales Support, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end client experience and driving operational efficiency within our sales support function. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing case management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client applications, claims, and policy changes
- Facilitating seamless client onboarding, providing guidance and support throughout the process
- Managing partnership distribution channels, fostering strong relationships and collaboration
- Administering commission payouts, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our distribution partners
- Maintaining and updating policy administration records, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
Your Background
- To excel in this role, we are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong proficiency in case management, client onboarding, and partnership management
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle complex policy and commission-related inquiries
- Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
