Your New Role
Working closely with the Sales Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing relationship management and client experience.
- Relationship Management: Work closely with sales directors to drive revenue growth within HNW insurance product segment
- Support Sales Director innovative strategies aimed at attracting and retaining high-net-worth clients, enhancing overall client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for clients, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
Your Background
To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in business development, partnership management, or distribution management roles within the Insurance or Banking industry.
- A drive within Sales & Service, enjoy client meetings & hitting targets
- Prior exposure within the HNW Segment will be an advantage
- Fluency in English & Mandarin for presentations and communications is a plus.
