Your New Role
As a Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s compliance and client onboarding processes, while contributing to systems that mitigate financial and business risks.

• Review and update policies related to business documentation, KYC processes, AML, and internal controls.
• Support the implementation of compliance workflows and provide guidance to business units.
• Develop and maintain compliance training materials, monitor training completion, and conduct file reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to compliance and regulatory projects across the Asia Pacific region.

Your Background

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in compliance or legal roles, with expertise in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, AML, and KYC processes.
• Preferred industry experience in financial services, consulting, or insurance.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
