Your New Role

As an Internal Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and continuously optimizing the company’s internal control system, covering group management and business operations.

• Developing and updating group internal control matrix, policies, processes, and standards, clearly defining departmental control responsibilities and driving policy implementation.
• Conducting regular assessments of the internal control system’s effectiveness, proposing optimization plans, and leading rectification efforts.
• Collaborating with risk management and security teams to perform comprehensive company-wide risk assessments, categorizing and prioritizing risks, and formulating process-based mitigation strategies.
• Conducting targeted internal control audits (e.g., expense management, procurement, fund security, and approval workflows).

Your Background

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university, preferably in Law, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in internal control or internal audit.
• Native in Mandarin or fluent in mandarin is preferred
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry, including DeFi and on-chain data tracking.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology, with the ability to understand smart contract logic or trading system architecture.
• CPA certification is highly desirable, with preference given to candidates with internal control experience in exchanges, payment institutions, or hedge funds.
