Your New Role

As a member of the Strategy & Corporate Development team, you will be the driving force behind the group’s inorganic growth and long-term vision in the cryptocurrency space. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you will independently originate and execute the most important M&A, token investments, and strategic partnerships that shape the future of the firm.

Your Background

• Extensive strategy or corporate development experience at a Tier-1 crypto exchange, leading digital asset manager, or prominent blockchain-native organization
• Proven, personal track record of sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing multiple crypto M&A transactions and investments from inception through post-merger integration
• Elite strategic and analytical capabilities; able to rapidly dissect complex market, regulatory, and technological developments and convert them into clear, actionable roadmaps
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills; adept at building alignment across product, trading, compliance, treasury, legal, and executive teams in fast-paced settings
