A growing financial services provider with a strong presence in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. This role combines operational excellence in case processing with high-touch relationship management for HNW clients, acting as a key liaison across business partners, operations, and wealth advisory functions while contributing to process improvements and client experience enhancements aligned with business growth goals.

 

Your New Role

  • Oversee end-to-end case and new business submission processing, ensuring timely, accurate handling and smooth progression to policy issuance
  • Manage relationship management and client experience for HNW clientele, collaborating with Business Development Directors to drive portfolio growth across Asia Pacific markets
  • Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and risk advisory teams, compliance screening, policy issuance, client onboarding, and contract matters
  • Support process improvements by maintaining up-to-date SOPs, contributing to product launches, leading assigned projects, and collaborating on form/questionnaire/system changes

 

Your Background

  • University degree or equivalent in Business, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in case management, new business processing, business support, or HNW client relationship/advisory roles within wealth management, or related financial sectors
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to handle exceptions under pressure
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Candidates with slightly less experience will also be considered.
