They are recognised for their impressive growth trajectory, strategic innovation, and strong commitment to building up financial excellence.  They are now seeking a senior FP&A professional to join their finance team.

Your New Role

You will play a critical role in driving sales performance visibility and strategic decision support for the company.  You will lead sales and new business reporting and forecasting while actively supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting and business planning activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and analysing daily and monthly sales flash reports, management packs, and performance dashboards for senior leadership and the Board.
• Acting as a trusted business partner to country teams and functional heads across the firm, providing clear insights on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Supporting quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Coordinating with country counterparts to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent financial and sales information.
• Driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices to enhance the speed and quality of reporting and decision support.

Your Background

You are a results-driven finance professional with 8+ years of solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally within the life insurance or financial services sector.

You possess:

• A degree/designation in Finance & Accounting, ie CPA, ACCA
• Strong technical expertise in sales and financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Exposure within Asia Pacific markets
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-border, and matrix environment.
• Excellent English is required (Mandarin would be an advantage).
