We are looking for an experienced and visionary technology leader to join our organisation as the APAC Technology Lead. This is a critical senior role responsible for shaping and driving the technology strategy, infrastructure, and innovation across the Asia-Pacific region. You will play a key role in enabling business growth through robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions while aligning closely with regional and global business objectives.
Your New Role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC technology strategy aligned with the organisation’s goals and drive innovation and business growth.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of reliable technology infrastructure and platforms across the region.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and data integrity by implementing best practices and effective risk management.
- Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and key stakeholder partnerships to optimise costs and delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technology team while establishing KPIs to measure success and impact.
Your Background
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant technology experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership or management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
