We are looking for an experienced and visionary technology leader to join our organisation as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is a high-impact executive role focused on transforming technology into a predictable, efficient, and scalable growth engine. You will drive improvements in delivery predictability, cloud economics, platform reliability, and AI-powered product innovation while working closely with the business to deliver customer success and sustainable growth.

Your New Role

• Define and execute the company’s overall technology strategy, balancing innovation with operational excellence and long-term scalability.
• Build and lead a high-performance engineering organisation with strong focus on predictable delivery, software quality, and accountability.
• Drive AI and machine learning initiatives to create scalable, practical solutions that deliver clear business and customer value.
• Own cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, and operational efficiency while optimising costs and engineering productivity.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Security, and Executive teams to ensure technology execution is tightly aligned with business priorities.

Your Background

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles (Senior level Engineering or CTO).
• Proven track record scaling SaaS products in cloud-native environments with modern engineering practices.
• Demonstrated success improving engineering execution, delivery predictability, and operational performance at scale.
• Strong experience leading multi-functional technology teams and developing future-ready engineering leaders.
• Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to align technology initiatives to business outcomes.
