A dynamic, growing financial services group operating across key Asian hubs, offering integrated solutions in wealth management, advisory services, and specialized financial products. 

Your New Role

You will serve as the primary legal advisor to the business, providing strategic, commercially-oriented support across diverse operations including fiduciary services, wealth advisory, and asset management lines.

Key areas of impact include:

• Designing and implementing comprehensive legal SOPs, playbooks, and governance policies.
• Delivering proactive legal counsel on commercial initiatives, contracts, and strategic projects.
• Managing multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance, stakeholder liaison, and risk mitigation.
• Handling contractual drafting/negotiation, dispute resolution, and coordination with external counsel.

Your Background

• Qualified solicitor or barrister (Bachelor’s degree or above in Law) in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of post-qualification experience in leading law firms and/or financial institutions, with strong exposure to insurance regulatory and commercial matters.
• Solid understanding of insurance and financial services laws in Hong Kong and Singapore, including product, distribution, and conduct requirements
