A leading Asia regional life insurer is strengthening its Regional Strategic Initiatives Office to support long-term growth, profitability and strategic alignment across its markets and business units.  Focusing on mergers & acquisitions, revenue growth in Asia and AI strategy

Your New Role

• Working closely with senior leadership across Asia, you will help shape the strategic direction of a growing regional life-insurance business. You will bring together market insight, commercial analysis and business perspectives to help senior stakeholders make informed decisions and turn strategic priorities into practical action.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contributing to regional growth and business-planning discussions
• Evaluating market developments, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
• Building analysis and recommendations for senior leadership and executive forums
• Managing selected strategic assignments from initial assessment through to implementation
• Working with country and functional leaders to translate strategy into business initiatives
• Monitoring progress against key priorities and highlighting areas requiring further attention
• Supporting regular strategy reviews and other business-critical projects
• Sharing knowledge and helping develop junior members of the strategy team

Your Background

• At least 12 years’ experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning or a related discipline
• Foundation within a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics
• Experience advising senior executives on complex business or growth-related issues
• Exposure to an internal strategy, corporate development or regional planning function
• Capability working with senior stakeholders across multiple markets and functions
• Executive level communication skills, both written and verbal
