As a global leader of general insurance, this organization is seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of a Business Development Head to oversee Travel Partnerships. With a focus on strategic vision and partnerships, they are committed to delivering top-tier travel protection offerings to their customers across GBA & Hong Kong.
Your New Role
You'll be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and management of the company's comprehensive travel partnerships portfolio. Reporting directly to senior management, your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Travel Division to grow its usage among customers and business partners; OTAs, Airlines and Travel related
- B2B2C - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, products, marketing and management to ensure seamless integration and delivery of travel insurance solutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers, partners, and travel industry stakeholders
- Expand travel partnerships across Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong and Asia markets
- Leverage project management skills to drive business development and partnership initiatives
Your Background
To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience (minimum 12 years) within Travel, OTA, Airlines or related. Market coverage and network in Travel within Greater Bay Area or Hong Kong, ideally both. Communications in English and Chinese.
