Your New Role
As Regional IT Audit Manager, you will join the regional audit team and take a hands-on role in delivering risk-based technology and cybersecurity audits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading risk-based IT audits covering general controls, cybersecurity, cloud, third-party risk, change management, data protection, operational resilience and emerging technology risks
- Engaging stakeholders, challenging control gaps, and presenting clear findings with practical recommendations while maintaining independence
- Supporting special projects and integration activities with independent assurance
- Contributing to risk assessments, audit planning and reporting
- Managing audits end-to-end from scoping through testing, documentation, reporting and follow-up
- Applying data analytics and approved digital tools to enhance testing and reporting quality
Your Background
- Degree in business, computer science, information systems, accounting, finance or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in IT audit or technology risk assurance, with proven ability to lead audit assignments independently
- Experience in financial services, professional firms or multinational environments preferred
- CISA or equivalent qualification preferred; additional certifications (e.g. CISM, CISSP, CRISC or cloud security) are an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills with excellent written and spoken English. Mandarin is an advantage
- Practical experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI or Python); exposure to AI or automation in audit work is a plus
