This senior-level role is crucial in shaping their strategic vision, cultivating high-impact relationships, and driving the development of innovative insurance offerings for customers throughout the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and Hong Kong.
Your New Role
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute a forward-thinking strategic plan to enhance insurance partnerships and expand commercial and personal lines products.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover new growth opportunities and drive business expansion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across operations, product development, marketing, and executive management to ensure the seamless delivery of integrated insurance solutions.
- Product Management: Oversee the development and enhancement of insurance products, ensuring they meet market demands and align with customer needs. Collaborate with product teams to innovate and refine offerings.
- Marketing Strategy: Lead the marketing initiatives for insurance products, developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate key value propositions and drive customer engagement.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with key brokers, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive mutual growth.
- Market Expansion: Spearhead initiatives to broaden their market reach and deepen partnerships within the GBA and Hong Kong, positioning product offerings as industry-leading.
- Project Oversight: Leverage your project management expertise to lead business development initiatives and strategic partnerships effectively.
Your Background
- Extensive Industry Experience: A robust background in the insurance sector, with a proven track record in business development, particularly in partnerships focusing on commercial and personal lines.
- B2B2C Expertise: Significant experience in developing and executing business strategy framework.
- Market Acumen: Familiarity with the GBA and Hong Kong markets is highly desirable, along with a keen understanding of regional dynamics.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Educational Credentials: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.
