They seek skilled Insurance Distribution & Product Management Professionals to deliver innovative life insurance solutions to high net worth (HNW) clients.

 

Your New Role

  • Distribution Management & Business Development: collababorate with sales channel to grow revenue in the HNW insurance segment, fostering partnerships across Hong Kong and  Asia Pacific markets. 
  • Deliver presentations to business partners, supporting sales teams, and product management
  • Market Intelligence & Synergy: Drive revenue growth by leveraging expertise in product management and life insurance. Work with senior management on product & channel strategies, with a focus on MCV clients, and foster synergy through cross-market initiatives in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region.

 

Your Background

  • 10+years’ experience in HNW/advisory, with channel exposure in Agency, Brokerage, Bancassurance or Insurance.
  • Proven success in wealth planning and insurance solutions for HNW/UHNW clients, with deep knowledge of PRC/MCV UHNW market behaviors.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with client-facing and global collaboration experience.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

 

Candidates with less experience, will be considered for Associate Director
