This organization delivers innovative insurance solutions, leveraging deep market expertise to drive growth and enhance customer outcomes.

Your New Role

As a Regional Senior Manager - Health Insurance, you will collaborate with regional leadership, distribution partners, and internal teams to drive product strategy, distribution, underwriting, portfolio management, and operational excellence for health insurance products across Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, China and South East Asia).

• Product Strategy and Distribution: Develop and execute innovative product strategies and oversee distribution channels to maximize market penetration and customer reach.
• Underwriting and Portfolio Management: Lead underwriting policies and manage the product line’s P&L to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Operational Leadership: Optimize operational processes, including claims management and compliance, to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Your Background

To excel, you should have:

• 8+ years of experience in health or medical insurance products
• Expertise in product strategy, distribution, underwriting, and P&L management for individual and group health insurance products.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational improvements in a competitive market.
• Executive-level communication and leadership skills; fluency in English and a regional language.
