A dynamic and progressive insurance organization with a solid presence in Hong Kong is on the lookout for a strategic Senior Manager, Channel & Propositions. In this influential position, you'll spearhead marketing initiatives spanning distribution channels, product launches, corporate branding, and innovative digital approaches to expand the insurance firm’s presence.
Your New Role
Working closely with executive leadership, you'll define and implement forward-looking marketing plans that span multiple disciplines, delivering measurable growth and stronger market positioning.
- Develop tailored engagement channel distribution strategies and support tools (dashboards, toolkits, training) for brokers, agents, and partners, while aligning marketing with sales leadership to drive channel performance and key business metrics.
- Lead go-to-market and repositioning strategies for the product portfolio, creating differentiated positioning various features into compelling, segment-specific value insurance propositions for high-net-worth and retail clients.
- Partner with product development teams to execute high-impact launches, leveraging AI-driven segmentation, targeting, and personalization to maximize effectiveness.
- Lead brand strategy, corporate communications, and thought leadership, while overseeing the creation of original multimedia content
- Champion AI adoption across marketing—automating processes, generating content, forecasting trends—and explore emerging digital channels
Your Background
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related
- 8+ year experience within Insurance or related industry, with a strong track record in channel/distribution marketing
Deep knowledge of product positioning, brand building, campaign orchestration, and crafting compelling value propositions - Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin
- Solid exposure to AI-powered marketing technologies, data analytics, and digital transformation trends
