Introducing Your New Opportunity

A well-established and growing insurance firm with a strong Hong Kong presence is seeking a dedicated Case Manager oversee efficient case processing, act as the key liaison between distribution channels and operations, along with contributing to ongoing process improvements and transformation initiatives aligned with company goals.

Your New Role

• Oversee end-to-end case & new business submission processing, ensuring timely, accurate handling and smooth progression to policy issuance
• Verify document completeness and accuracy, while acting as the primary liaison between sales/relationship managers and underwriting teams
• Clearly communicate underwriting requirements, decisions, and rationale to distribution channels and resolve related queries or exceptions
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Finance on underwriting, compliance screening, policy issuance, and contract issues
• Support process improvements by maintaining up-to-date SOPs, contributing to product launches, leading assigned projects, and collaborating on form/questionnaire/system changes

Your Background

• University degree or equivalent in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in case management, new business processing, or distribution support within the life insurance sector
• Solid understanding of life insurance underwriting, policy issuance workflows, compliance requirements, and distribution channel operations
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, proven ability to handle exceptions under pressure, and proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
