Introducing Your New Opportunity
A leading and innovative Global Insurance organization with a strong footprint across Asia is seeking a high-caliber Vice President - Partnership Development (B2B). In this senior leadership role, you'll spearhead the development and management of strategic B2B partnerships, focusing on key corporate clients and distribution channels.

 

Your New Role

  • Develop and maintain deep, long-term commercial relationships with key corporate clients and strategic partners, primarily at C-suite and executive levels, to maximize partnership value and loyalty.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership management, including opportunity identification, negotiation, contract execution, and ongoing performance optimization to ensure mutual business success.
  • Drive corporate business development initiatives, including crafting and delivering compelling key pitches, proposals, and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Plan and execute high-visibility events, conferences, and industry engagements to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and foster new partnership opportunities across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, underwriting, and senior leadership) to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives and deliver measurable revenue growth in B2B and partnership distribution channels.

 

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; along with IIQE qualifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or client relationship roles within the insurance industry, with a strong foundation in B2B or partnership distribution channels. Open to Life, GI or Health.
  • Proven track record of managing executive-level relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners in Financial Services or Insurance.
  • Deep understanding of insurance products, distribution models, and B2B partnership dynamics
  • Executive-level communication and influencing abilities; fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese
