A prominent global firm with a robust and growing presence across Asia is seeking an accomplished leader to grow its HR Consulting Practice. In this high-impact Director-level position, you'll spearhead the expansion of specialized Human Resources / Organization advisory services, cultivate strategic client relationships at the highest levels, and establish a standout, results-oriented offering that drives measurable business value for clients.

Your New Role

• Oversee HR consulting practice and projects: define strategy, service offerings, target segments, and delivery models; own full-cycle business development including opportunity sourcing, proposals, deal closure, and cross-selling.
• Serve as senior advisor to C-suite executives and HR leaders: design and deliver customized, outcome-focused HR solutions across talent, reward, performance, OD, engagement, and employee relations.
• Grow and manage a team: recruit, coach, mentor, resource projects (using associates/partners), foster high-ownership culture, and drive capability development.
• Oversee practice operations and profitability: set delivery standards, monitor engagement economics (pricing, scope, cash flow), manage risks/compliance, and ensure quality.

Your Background

• 12+ years of HR consulting and/or senior HR leadership experience, with significant time spent in project-based or advisory roles.
• Proven track record of selling and delivering HR projects to a range of organizations or specific industry niches.
• Evidence of success operating with lean teams, limited hierarchy, and high personal accountability.
• Strong understanding of core HR domains (employee relations, performance, reward, talent, OD, engagement) and ability to translate them into commercially viable services. 

Candidates with less experience will be considered for similar roles at a different seniority level.
