We are looking for a seasoned and strategic cybersecurity leader to join our organisation as the Cybersecurity Lead. This is a critical senior role responsible for defining and executing cybersecurity strategy, protecting enterprise data, infrastructure, and digital assets in a fast-evolving threat landscape. You will play a key role in balanceng robust security with business innovation and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Your New Role
- Define and drive the global cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks to support business objectives and technology modernisation initiatives.
- Establish and enforce comprehensive security policies, standards, and controls for emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning applications.
- Lead threat detection, security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response to safeguard the organisation’s critical assets.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and third-party vendor security across global operations.
- Partner with executive leadership and business units to communicate cyber risks effectively and embed security into technology and business decisions.
Your Background
- 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or infrastructure security, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within a regulated multinational environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, zero-trust models, cloud security, data protection, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Proven track record in regulatory compliance, risk management, and maintaining alignment with international standards such as ISO 27001.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex cyber risks into business terms for C-suite and Board-level audiences.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are highly preferred.
