A prominent HR Consulting firm with a robust and growing presence across Asia is seeking a high-performing Managing Consultant to strengthen and expand its HR Consulting Practice. In this impactful role, you will drive client development, business development, and high-quality project delivery, helping clients achieve measurable results through specialized Human Resources and Organization advisory services.

 

Your New Role

  • Drive business development and client growth: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and key decision-makers, develop compelling proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue and growth targets through new and existing clients.
  • Lead project delivery: Take end-to-end ownership of HR consulting engagements — from scoping and solution design to successful delivery and value realization — across areas such as talent management, rewards, performance, organization development, employee engagement, and employee relations.
  • Deliver senior advisory support: Act as a trusted advisor to HR directors, functional leaders, and senior management, providing practical, outcome-oriented recommendations that translate into real business impact.
  • Manage projects and resources: Lead project teams (including associates and partners), ensure high delivery standards, manage engagement economics (budget, timelines, profitability), mitigate risks, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to practice growth: Support the development of service offerings, thought leadership, and capability building while collaborating closely with senior leadership on practice strategy and operations.

 

Your Background

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in HR consulting, preferably with exposure to senior HR leadership or project-based advisory roles.
  • Strong track record in business development — including opportunity identification, proposal writing, client pitching, and successful deal closure.
  • Demonstrated success in client development and managing long-term strategic client relationships.
  • Proven ability to independently lead and deliver complex HR consulting projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Solid expertise across core HR domains (talent, reward, performance, OD, engagement, and employee relations) and the ability to convert this knowledge into commercially viable solutions.
  • Experience operating effectively in lean, high-accountability environments with a strong delivery and results orientation.
