A dynamic and progressive Global Insurance organization with a solid presence in Asia is seeking a results-driven Project Management & Business Transformation Lead. In this key role, you will provide strategic project management, workflow design, and consultancy services to drive process efficiency, system enhancements, and operational excellence across the business and life operations.

Your New Role

• Provide project management, workflow design, and consultancy services to the business and operations to drive continuous improvement in systems, products, services, process efficiency, and control.
• Lead the implementation of global initiatives at the local level, actively involved in process change and business transformation programs.
• Collaborate with various business units and functions on project prioritization, resource optimization, process re-engineering, and the delivery of key system and operational improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with business users, operations, IT, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective project implementation from inception to completion.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, recommending and implementing appropriate mitigating measures.
• Train and cultivate a strong project management culture across the organization.

Your Background

• University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications.
• Solid knowledge and experience in the Insurance industry.
• 8+ years of solid experience in project management, system implementation, or business transformation.
• Strong managerial, project management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of ownership with a customer service mindset to deliver efficient and effective processes.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good PC skills.
