Your New Role

  • Oversee onshore/offshore Individual Policy Administration to maximize customer service, minimize turnaround times, ensure KPI compliance, AML review and maintain robust regulatory/internal controls.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to deliver high-quality, customer-satisfying services.
  • Develop, update, and enforce operational SOPs; continuously identify inefficiencies and streamline processes for enhanced productivity and service quality.
  • Initiate procedure/system improvements (including UATs and user requirements); collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support business growth and project timelines.

 

Your Background
