A well-established Insurance Group with a strong global presence is currently seeking for an Insurance Distribution Professional with extensive exposure within the HNW Segment in Singapore to further enhance their partnerships, portfolio and overall business.
Your New Role
Working closely with the Senior Executive Team, you will be responsible for Partnership Development, Sales Planning and Distribution Management within the HNW Sector.
- Partnership Management: collaborate with business partners to enhance business development efforts within the sales force.
- Strategic Planning: Partner closely with C-Suite to design and execute prioritized partner development activities, sales revenue and HNW product suite.
- Client Retention: Engage with existing client groups to boost retention rates and expand the share of business from current clients by understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Continuously analyze campaign results to create insightful reports for Sales Leadership and Marketing Teams on strategic business decisions.
Your Background
To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated success in business development, partnership management, or distribution roles within the Insurance or Banking industry, with a focus on the Singapore HNW Sector
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic HNW partnerships will be highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English & Mandarin for presentations and communications is a plus.
- Executive level of communications & presentation
