Your New Role
As Customer Service Manager, you will lead a small, dynamic team to deliver outstanding complaint resolution and contact center management for health insurance products

- Oversee contact center operations for timely, professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Implement QA processes and lead projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Train team on health insurance products and complaint handling best practices.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree or studies within related field.
- Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers
- 7+ years in health insurance customer service, with 3+ year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of life or health insurance products, with excellent English and Chinese skills.
