As a key player in the insurance sector, my client is searching for a motivated Distribution Operations Specialist to provide distribution support and operational administration for the sales channel

Your New Role

• Sales Support, be the main contact point between the business development team, operations staff and business partners
• Case Management, processing insurance applications accurately and swiftly to ensure smooth onboarding of customers
• Work closely with sales & marketing team to on product brochures, promotional events, educational seminars and data management
• Assist in overseeing commission payouts, compliance and general sales support upon onboarding new business partners

Your Background

• 5+ years of work experience, ideally within Financial Services, Insurance or Asset Management
• Experienced within operations, case management or sales support
• Post Secondary studies or completion of IIQE Papers
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
