A leading External Asset Management (EAM) company specializing in High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-HNW clients in North Asia is seeking an experienced Director to join its pioneering team. This platform delivers tailored financial solutions and family office advisory services, utilizing an open platform to enhance client portfolios and wealth management strategies.

Your New Role

As a Director, you will collaborate with principal families, sponsor families, and senior leadership to drive client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth for HNW and Ultra-HNW clients.  

• Client Acquisition and Retention: Acquire new clients through company-organized activities and maintain long-term relationships with your existing portfolio via the open platform.
• Financial Advisory: Advise on structured products, private equity, alternative investments, and non-retail insurance solutions, with a focus on portfolio construction and recurring revenue.
• Family Office Advisory: Assist North Asian HNW clients in setting up family offices and serve as their trusted advisor.

Your Background

To excel, you should have:

• 10+ years of sales experience in banking or 5+ years in private banking, family office, or EAM, focusing on HNW/Ultra-HNW clients.
• Expertise in structured products, private equity, alternative investments, and non-retail insurance solutions.
• Proven ability to generate recurring revenue through advisory and portfolio strategies.
• Strong life insurance advisory skills (preferred).
• Executive-level communication skills; fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
