Your New Role

As Customer Service Manager, you will lead a small, dynamic team to deliver outstanding complaint resolution and contact center management for health insurance products

  • Lead a team to resolve health insurance complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee contact center operations for timely, professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Implement QA processes and lead projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Train team on health insurance products and complaint handling best practices.

 

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or studies within related field.
  • Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers
  • 7+ years in health insurance customer service, with 3+ year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of life or health insurance products, with excellent English and Chinese skills.
