They are seeking dynamic Partnership Lead to drive their business development and broker partnership distribution strategy, specifically for their Universal Life products. 
Your New Role
In this role, you will lead the business development and partnership strategy to enhance the distribution of universal life insurance products through broker channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, building, and managing strategic relationships with brokers to boost universal life product sales.
- Developing and implementing targeted business development strategies and action plans to achieve sales and distribution goals.
- Leveraging expertise in universal life insurance products to drive broker engagement and adoption.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to uncover new broker partnership opportunities.
- Creating and delivering persuasive presentations, proposals, and training materials to empower broker partners.
Your Background
- To succeed, you should have 8+ years of proven success in business development, partnership management, within the insurance or banking industry, with a focus on universal life products
- A strong track record or reaching targets through broker partnerships.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for presentations and communications is essential.
