A leading Investment Management firm is seeking a proactive Investment Fund Management Expert to streamline asset operations with a sharp focus on accuracy, efficiency, and risk control.
Your New Role

Manage end-to-end operational processes, from daily valuations and trade settlements to month-end accounting and reconciliations, while reducing operational risk.

Track performance metrics, spot deviations, and enhance improvements to maintain top-tier service standards and regulatory compliance.

Collaborated with legal, administrators, prime brokers, custodians, audit teams to ensure compliance.

Refine and document operational procedures; pinpoint bottlenecks and implement smarter workflows to boost throughput and cut errors.

Spearhead system upgrades and process enhancements (including UAT and requirements gathering)
Your Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
-
5+ years of experience within investment related sector
-
Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-
Business Intelligence and Reporting programs
-
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager
