As a well-established player in the pension and retirement consulting industry, my client is seeking a proactive Pension Operations & Administration expert to lead in delivering accurate, compliant, and member-focused MPF/ORSO administration services.
Your New Role
- Oversee pension administration operations (contributions, valuations, benefit payments, transfers, and member reporting) to ensure high service standards, fast turnaround times
- Drive renewal process for corporate MPF/ORSO schemes: review terms, coordinate with employers and intermediaries, ensure timely execution
- Develop, update, and enforce operational SOPs; identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost productivity and accuracy.
- Lead procedure and system enhancement projects (including UAT and gathering user requirements)
- Coach and develop the team while fostering strong relationships with scheme sponsors, fund managers, and members.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 8 years of solid hands-on experience in MPF/pension administration & operations
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong retirement schemes and MPFA regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
