Your New Role
- Developing and executing high-impact broker partnership strategies to accelerate growth and market penetration.
- Identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic relationships with key broker networks and distributors at a senior level.
- Leading the design and implementation of comprehensive business development plans to achieve ambitious sales and distribution targets.
- Leveraging deep expertise in investment and insurance products to position the organization as a partner of choice among top brokers.
- Conducting in-depth market, competitor, and trend analysis to shape partnership opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
- Representing the organization in senior-level negotiations, presentations, and industry forums.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing team while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across distribution, product, and leadership teams.
Your Background
- To succeed in this role, you will bring:12+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and distribution leadership within insurance or wealth management.
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling broker or intermediary partnerships at a regional level.
- Strong investment product knowledge with the ability to articulate complex solutions to senior broker audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a strategic and executive level, with experience managing teams and driving P&L impact.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
