Known for its entrepreneurial culture, rapid expansion, and aggressive pursuit of market opportunities, the company is entering a significant growth phase through product innovation, new market entries, and strategic acquisitions. They are now seeking a high-calibre Strategic Business Lead.
Your New Role
- You will act as a trusted strategic partner with the C-Suite team, driving cross-functional coordination, accelerating key growth initiatives, and ensuring execution across revenue expansion and geographic footprint projects in a high-growth business environment.
- You will maintain and manage the strategic initiative portfolio across product development, new market entries, and M&A workstreams — ensuring initiatives are properly prioritised, adequately resourced, and delivered on time.
- Strategic planning, new market entries, regulatory and licensing coordination to partnership structuring and operational enhacements.
- You will prepare and pressure-test business cases, investment proposals, and executive decision papers on behalf of the CEO. Additionally, you will coordinate M&A activities, including pipeline management, due diligence workstream orchestration, and post-merger integration tracking, while supporting the growth of strategic partnerships and distribution alliances in target markets.
Your Background
- You are a high-potential, strategic professional with 8+ years of experience in a strategy, corporate development, or chief of staff role, preferably supporting a CEO or C-suite executive
- You bring strong exposure to insurance M&A, strategic planning, revenue growth.
- You have demonstrable experience managing complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives, developing business cases, and driving execution in dynamic environments.
- Communications in English & Chinese will be required
